Peter de Krassel
Chairman & CEO

Mr. de Krassel is a lawyer admitted to practice in California, Washington D.C. and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. de Krassel has been intimately involved in China-America business since 1978. He was the Chief Organizer and member of the Board of Directors of Mercantile National Bank (1979-1987). Mercantile was the largest initially capitalized bank organized in US banking history. Mr. de Krassel has been called as an expert witness before State Legislative bodies and City Councils. He is the past Chairman of the Customs Law Committee of the Los Angeles Bar Association. Mr. de Krassel has also served as a member of the California State Motion Picture Council, the California Secretary of State's Asian Task Force, and served on the Board of Directors of ABC Radio Partners International as its Chairman. 

Mr. de Krassel received his B.Sc. degree with honors from CAL State Northridge and his Juris Doctor degree with honors from Hastings College of Law. 

Mr. de Krassel is the author of the "Custom Maid for New World Disorder" trilogy of books. He travels extensively addressing audiences of corporate leaders and academics, trade associations and university students on the political sensitivities of doing business in China. 
 

Amy H.K. Chow
President 

Miss Chow is a solicitor admitted to the High Court of Hong Kong (in 1994) and of England and Wales (in 1995).  She was previously the in-house counsel of an Asian legal and business consultancy company in Hong Kong and then an equity joint venture company in real estate development in Beijing, and a senior contract consultant of an international information technology company and then the e-commerce business unit of a Hong Kong blue chip conglomerate responsible for negotiation of their sales contracts in the Greater China Region.  She also practiced with international law firms in Hong Kong where she gained particular experience in PRC real estate, joint venture and infrastructure projects.   

Miss Chow has obtained degrees in social sciences and business studies from universities in Hong Kong and Honolulu and gained commercial experience in banking and China trade before she turned her career to law.  After her study of English law in Manchester, she continued to study PRC law and now holds a degree in law from Peking University.  Her practice specializes in cross-border corporate and commercial transactions and disputes resolution.

Nelson Wong
Managing Director – China

With a foundation of over 20 years of leadership in corporate investment and business management, Nelson Wong began his career in the Hong Kong and later across the Chinese Mainland since the mid '80s. A respected professional rich in experience, Mr. Wong joined the Vigers Group in 1990, 170-year old global consultancy which he bought out in 1993 to become its vice chairman and CEO. In late 1995, Mr. Wong sold his stake in Vigers to establish the ACN Group with a total commitment to investment in the China market. Over the years, Mr. Wong is known for his negotiating ability and skills in planning and closing complicated and cross-border transactions on behalf of both multi-nationals and private investors with a proven track record while his insight and expert comments on investment in China and the Asia Pacific region have often been sought by international media with focused interviews conducted by CNBC, AP Dow-Jones, Reuters, BBC, Newsweek, Forbes, Bloomberg, Asahi Shimbun, TVB, South China Morning Post, China Daily, etc. He is also a popular guest speaker and has spoken to the MIPIM, the Urban Land Institute, the Ministry of Construction of China, the Global Convention on Public Relations, San Francisco State University, LA World Trade Organization, the University Club of Washington DC, American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.

Mark Tigan
Managing Director
Government Relations

Mr. Tigan received a B.A. degree and Masters degree in Public Administration from San Jose State University. Mr. Tigan has over thirty five years experience in dealing with government and government programs, specializing in economic development and foreign trade investment. Mr. Tigan's activities in this area have been extensively covered by the Washington Post and MacNeil/Lehrer News. He has been a guest lecturer in Europe and the Caribbean. At the expense of the U.S. Federal Government, he has conducted reverse investment trade missions in several countries. Mr. Tigan is certified by the U.S. Export/Import Bank program and is an acknowledged national expert in the use of Federal funding in local/regional economic development activities. Procurement and regulatory compliance is a particular strength. Mr. Tigan organized a national non-profit export trading co-operative made of cities around the U.S.

Robert Dworkin
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Dworkin received his degree in accountancy from New York University in 1964. He received a Masters in accountancy in 1973 from the University of Southern California. During his 40 years as an accountant, Mr. Dworkin spent the first 4 years working for a national CPA firm in Los Angeles. For the last 35 years Mr. Dworkin has been working as a consultant performing independent certified audits, and preparing corporate, partnership and individual tax returns for media companies and their executives. As the Company CFO, Mr. Dworkin also works with clients to address their estate planning concerns and advises on how to structure their offshore budgeting and financial reporting systems.
